Here is what you can expect:

Caterpillars. At least 3 healthy butterflies from each cup.
Luna and Polyphemus Moth. Should emerge in good shape within 4 weeks, if you follow instructions that come with the cocoon.
Ladybugs. Packs should arrive with at least 75% of insects alive and active. Will remain healthy for up to 3 weeks in refrigerator.
Praying Mantis. 20 to 30 nymphs from at least 1 egg case in each set of 2 cases.
Bessbugs and Hissing Cockroach. Should arrive alive and active.
Harvester Ants. Should arrive alive and active, ready to introduce into habitat.

When insects do not arrive or arrive in poor condition: We try to deliver replacements on the Thursday following the original delivery date. Please call no later than 5:00 pm MST on Friday (the day after your delivery).

When insects fail to hatch or complete metamorphosis: Let us know which is best for your classroom: replacement, refund or credit for next year!

Replacements will be delivered on the next available delivery date. To receive refund or credit you must notify us within 3 months after delivery.
